Description

Dear Customer,  UltraDDoS Engineering team will be performing software upgrades to our DDoS Mitigation system from May 20th at 01:00 UTC to May 20th at 08:00 UTC.  During the first ~20 minutes of the deployment, Detection and Alerting will be unavailable. Afterwards, Detection and Alerting will be in a degraded state and may see gaps in traffic data for the duration of the maintenance window.  Customers that communicate to our detection platform for hybrid service, may also see interruptions in communication during the duration of the maintenance window. In addition, customer facing UI appliances will be unavailable during this time. There is no expected impact for traffic traversing the mitigation platform. Ongoing scrubbing services will not be interrupted.  In addition, during the upgrade window, there will be a delay on the UltraSecurity portal in seeing alerts, mitigations, and mitigated traffic.
